Digital Networks Lights Up a LPTV In Tenn.
Digital Networks has officially launched a low-power TV station in the Volunteer State, a move that brings the market over-the-air access to a quintet of digital multicast networks including Retro TV and Heartland Network.
Those offerings, along with Rev’n, The Action Channel and The Family Channel are now available in the Knoxville market on newly launched WKXT-LD 34.
It’s a Digital Networks O&O, with Heartland getting the DT1 signal.

Joel Wertman, President of Digital Networks, said, “We are very excited to add Knoxville to our growing list of markets serviced by our owned and operated stations across the country. We know Knoxville is a great place with an audience who will enjoy the variety of programming we offer.”
Retro TV, one of the first digital broadcast networks in the United States, showcases the classic television series.
Much like The Nashville Network (TNN) in its early years, The Heartland Network positions itself as a network focused on Country music.
Rev’n is dedicated to all things revving including cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, ATVs, snowmobiles, events, and auctions.
