Each week we will go inside “Sam’s Garage” to teach proper techniques and effective ways to help the viewers find and repair problems on their vehicles.
"Sam’s Garage' hosted by veteran television personality Sam Memmolo. Sam’s 24 year TV presence has positioned him as a nationally recognized automotive expert. Sam’s popularity and respect comes from all segments including performance, hotrod, street rod, and restoration enthusiasts.
Sam’s credentials include ASE Master Auto Technician certification with Advanced Drivability rating. With over 45 years of hands on experience, Sam has owned and operated 2 very successful automotive service centers and he has a diverse sales and marketing background. He keeps technically current and continues to conduct training classes, seminars, and consults with several businesses. He also writes for industry and enthusiast publications.
“I am excited and really looking forward to a show that brings all the viewers some real techie information that may help them with their project,” stated Memmolo. “Even in if it’s just in a small way,” Sam continued.
The thirteen (13) week national television series will be televised on the Velocity Network, MAVTV Network, and the REV’N Network in the second quarter.
“We are dedicated to developing the most informative automotive related television series possible,” said Butch McCall, Executive Vice President of Powerscope Productions. “That’s a tall order based on some of the other programs, but we’re working with the best in the industry and nothing but the best series will do,” stated McCall.
Host Sam Memmolo is a 45+ year veteran of the automotive industry, and is well known in business circles from the O.E.’s to the aftermarket and performance segments.
Radio – Sam hosts and produces syndicated “Sam’s Garage Radio Show”. The show provides consumers + shop owners with a wide spectrum of advice, industry news, and product awareness, all presented in an easy to listen to entertaining format. Syndication allows “SAM’S GARAGE” to be heard on several radio stations across the nation, and also via the internet. Sam is “The Name” in automotive talk radio, and has provided help and information for the past 27 years. Not many broadcasters have the luxury of both radio and television, but Sam does!
TV – Sam currently co-hosts Motorhead Garage on Rev'n. Sam wrote and co-hosted the incredibly successful TV show “Shadetree Mechanic” on TNN. Shadetree Mechanic had a terrific run of 190 episodes spread over 8 years. Later Sam wrote and co-hosted “Crank and Chrome”, also seen on TNN. Sam Memmolo, along with his pal Dave Bowman, set the benchmark for automotive TV programming. Crank and Chrome enjoyed 52 episodes.
